-Processing Times And Late Ships

Before we get started into why we have extended our processing times or why your orders have been late in the past let me point out that our average Order to Delivered time is 7 days. Some times less, sometimes a little more. We do not work weekends. I know “How dare you? This is America!”. If we are late ship we add a free bag of jerky. Late is 2 weeks or more.

“Why in the world does it take so long to get my order!” I’ve left out some of the more “exciteing” four letter words. The fact is we fight long processing times every day here at Wolfiez. We also understand that many of you would rather buy beef jerky at the store than wait 2 weeks to get it from us. Were are sorry to hear that.

Never the less, we can not sacrifice quality jerky for quick orders. We have a process that takes three days from your order to Uncut USDA Top Round Steak to a fully processed and packaged product. That being said, were busy, and understaffed. We treat all our customers the same and in order. So it may take three days to processes your order but that three days may start 5 days after your order because of back log.

We never ship jerky that is more than 3 days from the moment it was cooked. So even though we’re “late”, your beef jerky is not.

We are a very limited company, we have a very exclusive product that can not be found anywhere else. We keep our prices at, and most of the time, below the market average. Our shipping is simple and therefore cheaper than most other jerky sites. All we ask for is a little patience.

Rest assured you will get your jerky, we have NEVER “lost” an order. And, if we are later then usual we give free bags of whatever is on hand to lessen the blow of the long wait.

Order early, at least 2 weeks before you want it. We are working on an automatic email generator that will estimate your wait time after your order is placed.

We understand if the wait is just to long. There is alot of ”ok” and “acceptable” beef jerky alternatives at your local stores that you do not have to wait for. But, if you want Wolfiez then were sorry to say a wait may be necessary.

God Bless, Sincerly,
Wolfie
